The BreatheEasy Team runs a Support Group twice a month for people with a lung condition twice a month in Hastings

The next Hastings Support Meeting will be on Wednesday 1st of April from 2 pm till 4.00 pm.

The  meetings are to support people with chronic lung disease , their spouses, partners and carers.

Meetings will take place at the Play Sport Fitness Hub, Elphinstone Road, Hastings TN34 2AX

Time: 2.00 pm till 4.30 pm.  There is free car parking on site.

The meetings will consist of an invited speaker, a  raffle, a fun general knowledge quiz and a seated

Yoga session. 

Refreshments will be provided.

The twice a month meetings are a great place to meet others who live with a lung condition and to make new friends.

The meetings are free so everyone is welcome to come along.​​

These are physiotherapist supervised structured exercise programmes aimed at improving physical and mental health of those with a lung condition.

There are conditions that have to be met before joining a programme

so it is important that you contact us to discuss options.
