The BreatheEasy Team will be running a Support Group meeting commencing Wednesday 21st January 2026 and every other Wednesday after that.

The  meetings are to support people with chronic lung disease , their spouses, partners and carers.

Meetings will take place at the Play Sport Fitness Hub, Elphinstone Road, Hastings TN34 2AX

Time: 2.00 pm till 4.30 pm

The meetings will consist of a speaker, a  raffle, a fun general knowledge quiz and seated Yoga session

Refreshments will be provided.

The meetings are free so everyone welcome to come along.​​
