Our next monthly Eastbourne meeting is set for  Tuesday 16th April 2024, 2.00 to 5.00 pm at the Deerfold Centre, Seaside, Eastbourne. 
Join us for a lively social event with invited guest speakers, seated yoga, fun general knowledge quizzes with prizes for the winners, bumper raffles and much more. 

The next Lewes monthly support meeting will be held on the Friday, the 26th April 2024 in the at the Ringmer Village Hall, Lewes Road, Ringmer in the Simmons Hall. Meeting starts at 2.00 pm till 4.00 pm. There is no support meeting in  March at Ringmer as the venue is not available.

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise Maintenance sessions are now running at The Deerfold Centre, 233 Seaside, Eastbourne every Monday and Polegate Community Centre, Windsor Way, Polegate every Wednesday, 1.00 pm till 3.00 pm.

The Lewes Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise Maintenance sessions are held every Thursday from 11.00 am till 1.00 pm in the Alan West Room at the Ringmer Village Hall, Lewes Road, Ringmer.
