Our next monthly Eastbourne Support meeting will be Tuesday 20th of January 2026 and will be from 2.00 till 5.00 pm at the The Breathe Centre, 142, Whitley Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8LT. T


Join us for a lively social event with invited guest speakers, seated yoga, fun general knowledge quizzes with prizes for the winners, bumper raffles and much more. 

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise Maintenance sessions are now running at The Breathe Centre, 142, Whitley Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8LT every Monday from 10.30 to 12.30 and  1.00 pm till 3.00 pm  and Polegate Community Centre, Windsor Way, Polegate every Wednesday, 1.00 pm till 3.00 pm.

We also have a Pulmonary Rehabilitation exercise session running at the James West Leisure Centre in Hailsham every Wednesday from 1.30 to 3 pm

We also have a  Pulmonary Rehabilitation exercise session every Thursday from 2 till 3 pm at Wave Leisure Sports Centre, Sutton Road, Seaford.

The Lewes Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise Maintenance sessions are held every Thursday from 11.00 am till 1.00 pm at the Malling Community Centre, Spences Lane, Lewes.
