Our Eastbourne Support Meeting scheduled for  Tuesday 15th of September 2026 has been cancelled due to Winter Wellness Events happening in Eastbourne. Our next meeting will be on the Tuesday 21st of October 2026.

Polegate Community Centre, Windsor Way, Polegate every Wednesday, 1.00 pm till 3.00 pm.

The James West Leisure Centre in Hailsham every Wednesday from 1.30 to 3 pm

Seaford Baptist Church - suspended until further notice

Lewes every Thursday from 11.00 am till 1.00 pm at the Chalk Studios, Brooks Road Lewes.

Hastings at the Sports Hub, Elphinstone Road, every Tuesday afternoon

Crowborough at the Memorial Hospital every Tuesday morning.
