The Breathe Centre, 142, Whitley Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8LT every Monday from 10.30 to 12.30 and  1.00 pm till 3.00 pm 

Polegate Community Centre, Windsor Way, Polegate every Wednesday, 1.00 pm till 3.00 pm.

The James West Leisure Centre in Hailsham every Wednesday from 1.30 to 3 pm

Seaford Baptist Church every Thursday from 2 till 3 pm,  Belgrave Road, Seaford.

Lewes every Thursday from 11.00 am till 1.00 pm at the Malling Community Centre, Spences Lane, Lewes.

The Peacehaven   every Friday from 1.00 pm till 2.30 pm at the Joff Youth Centre, Roderic Road, Peacehaven
