Our next monthly Support Eastbourne meeting is set for  Tuesday 17th September 2024, 2.00 to 5.00 pm at the The Breathe Centre, 142, Whitley Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8LT

Join us for a lively social event with invited guest speakers, seated yoga, fun general knowledge quizzes with prizes for the winners, bumper raffles and much more. 

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise Maintenance sessions are now running at The Breathe Centre, 142, Whitley Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8LT every Monday from 1.00 pm till 3.00 pm  and Polegate Community Centre, Windsor Way, Polegate every Wednesday, 1.00 pm till 3.00 pm.

The Lewes Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise Maintenance sessions are held every Thursday from 11.00 am till 1.00 pm at the Malling Community Centre, Spences Lane, Lewes
