We have Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise sessions available for people who live with a long term lung condition and asthma in Seaford and the surrounding areas.

We run weekly Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise Maintenance sessions every Thursday at The Seaford Baptist Church in Belgrave Road, Seaford from 2.00 to 3.00 pm.
