We are ok. I'm confined to barracks for the 12 weeks and Reg is avoiding shops etc as he doesn't want to bring any bugs back to me. He is going for a walk though. Thank goodness we've got a garden to sit in and potter in. Also, we're seeing our son when he drops off shopping and meds and chat with him at a safe distance. We call across the road to our neighbours opposite and one couple who are not self isolating has offered to do anything we need them to, which is lovely.
I've spoken to lots of people on the phone that I've been meaning to call for ages, and we're in regular video contact with all the family thanks to the wonders of modern technology.
We've managed to get shopping deliveries and also had click and collect which our son picked up. We've had a few interesting substitutions but nothing we won't eat.
This morning we did the Joe Wicks for Seniors exercise (You Tube). A friend told me about it and it is very manageable.
We consider ourselves very lucky at the moment. Apart from the usual chronic medical issues, we are keeping well. I hope everyone else is too. x
